Utility Closets

Residents are encouraged to inspect their utility closets on a regular basis for leaks or faulty equipment. Devices such as these may be helpful. The Association nor its Management Agent recommend or guarantee certain devices If you need to access the utility room, please contact Cardinal Management Group at least 24 hours in advance to arrange access.

Hardwood Flooring

Please refer to the Westbrook Court Condominium, Bylaws, Article XI, Use Restrictions on Units and Common Elements, Section l. USE RESTRICTIONS ON UNITS AND COMMON ELEMENTS, Section 1. Use Restrictions. Each Unit and Common Elements shall be occupied and used as follows: “(j) Wall to wall carpeting and padding shall be maintained on all floor surfaces (excluding kitchens, closets, bathrooms and those areas with wood floors provided by Declarant) in Units located over other Units to adequately reduce transmission of sound between Units.”

Controlled Access Entry System

Online Assessment Payments

Trash and Recycling Information

Trash pickup days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Please put all trash in bags and place in the trash bins provided. All cardboard boxes should be broken down. Recycling bins are available for recyclable containers and newspaper and will be picked up on Monday of each week. Please click here for important information regarding recycling. You will be notified of any special pickups, such as Christmas trees, well in advance of the scheduled date. Please keep the trash enclosures as clean as possible by placing your trash in the bins provided. You may contact Republic Services to arrange a special pickup for bulk items.
